Michael is a Front End Developer who is passionate about CSS and interacting with design, colors, typography, and ux. He has 6 years of experience doing client work for agencies, much of which involved WordPress. He’s largely self taught and has a degree in economics from the University of Northern Iowa.

Michael lives in Des Moines, Iowa where he grew up. Outside of work he’s a cat dad, film nerd, and a board game enthusiast. His favorite favorite board game of all time rotates from among Arkham Horror LCG, Spirit Island, Root, and Twilight Imperium 4th edition, depending on the mood he’s in. Don’t ask him about this or he’ll talk about it for hours. He is also an aspiring board game designer, but not a very productive one.
